We bought the remains of this ancient mill in 2001.
The building was completely restored in 2004, thanks to our parents and quite a few good friends. We like to rent the house to all those attracted by the quiet and beautiful natural surroundings.
The mill is situated at 700m of altitude, in the middle of the regional parc of the "monts d'Ardèche". It is an ancient building in massive stone where we added a terrace and a swimming pool.
The surroundings are exceptional: a small river separates the garden from a group of chestnut trees and flows under a very old stone bridge.
There are no direct neighbours. The village of Saint-Pierreville is about 8 km away. There you'll find charming local shops like a bakery, butchery, grocery, press, tourist office, restaurant.
