For the restoration of the building we used as much as possible existing building techniques and environment friendly materials.
On the nearly 180m2 of livable surface you will find:
- ground floor: kitchen and eating room with 2 tables with 8 chairs each, a toilet and a separate resting or reading corner,
- 1st floor: 3 double rooms of which 1 has a sink and babybed, a shower room with sink and a separate toilet,
- 2nd floor: a larger sleeping room for children with 7 beds, a playroom with a double sleeping coach, a shower room with 2 sinks and a separate toilet,
- under the house: cellars,
- outside: the swimming pool, a large terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue.
There is a large woodburning stove in the reading corner with a reserve of prepared wood stored outside.
In all rooms electric radiators are available.
